Changes to international delivery destinations
There has been a lot happening in the business world during the summer vacation, and the decisions made by world leaders have had an impact on the services I can offer worldwide.
When Brexit took place in 2020, I waited a while before deciding whether or not to continue offering delivery to my UK customers, and now that import tariffs have been applied to orders from the USA I have had to make some changes.
Sadly, that means I have had to reduce the number of countries I can ship to.
Deliveries to the USA are temporarily suspended as of 1 September 2025
I am disappointed to report that due to the import tariffs applied to orders sent to the USA, and the lack of infrastructure in the systems used by carriers here in France, the carriers have decided to suspend deliveries to the USA until further notice.
This has had an impact on my ability to fulfil orders for customers in the United States. If no carrier is willing to transport goods, I cannot send orders.
Until this situation is resolved, I have removed the option to ship to the USA until the carriers have implemented the infrastructure required to enable efficient shipping.
Delivery to the UK is terminated as of 1st September 2025
I kept the option for delivery to the UK open for my customers, as despite having to jump through a few hoops to register for VAT, apply for customs export registration numbers and having to charge and declare VAT, initially it seemed a worthwhile effort to continue shipping to customers in the United Kingdom, however I had to make the hard decision to end this service recently as the amount of administration involved in offering this service has made it unfeasible for me to continue offering this service.
New Delivery destinations added
On the bright side, I have been able to add three new destinations to the shipping options: Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.
Australia
No Import tariffs are applied for customers.
For more information about what can and can’t be shipped to Australia, please see the customs website for Australia.
Canada
No import tariffs applied to small orders. Please see the official information from La Poste.
New Zealand
No tariffs applied to orders valued under 400 NZD. Please see more information from La Poste.
You can find more information about delivery costs and lead times on our delivery policy page.
