Orders are sent via the French Postal service ‘La Poste’ and the Colissimo service, which is insured against loss or damage as standard.
Your order will be shipped within an average of 24 working hours after an order has been placed and receipt of your payment has been verified, during the normal working week, orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public holidays.

Cancellation of your order
If you decide to withdraw your order you can return the item within 14 days of notifying nsandifer.com that you wish to cancel your order (Please use the form provided here), you will be reimbursed the value of your order including the original delivery cost within 14 days of receipt of the item back at nsandifer.com headquarters.
Please note: The postage costs of the return delivery of the item cannot be refunded to you
Due to Hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are unopened and remain sealed within the individual item packaging.
