Returns & Exchanges Policy

Right of Withdrawal & Returns Period

In accordance with applicable distance selling regulations, you have a total of 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

This 30-day period includes the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days, as provided under our General Terms and Conditions (see section “Legal Right of Withdrawal”).

During this time, you may decide to return an item if you no longer wish to keep it, without needing to provide a reason.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • All tags, accessories, and documentation must be included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.s.

Earrings – Hygiene Notice

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings may only be returned or exchanged if they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of earrings that show any signs of wear or that are not returned in their original state.

This does not affect your rights in the case of faulty or incorrect items.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the returns form available on our website within the 30-day period.

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns

Exchanges

We accept exchanges subject to product availability.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item
  • We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you

Refunds

Legal Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
If you exercise your legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, you will be refunded:

  • the full price of the Product
  • the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method)

Extended Returns Period (up to 30 days)
For returns made after the 14-day withdrawal period and within the 30-day returns period:

  • only the price of the Product will be refunded
  • original delivery costs are non-refundable

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you will be refunded:

  • the full price of the Product
  • the original delivery cost
  • any reasonable return shipping costs

Processing Time
Refunds are issued within 5 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned item, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

International Returns

We accept returns from customers located in:

  • European Union
  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes
  • We recommend clearly marking the parcel as a returned item to avoid additional charges

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
