1. Promotion Overview

For a limited time (between 28/01/26 and midday 11/02/2026 for online orders for delivery via La Poste and between 28/01/26 and midday 14/02/26 for click & collect orders.), customers who purchase an item from our Valentine’s Gifts collection will receive a complimentary Valentine’s Day card with their order, at no additional cost.

2. Eligibility

This promotion applies only to products listed within the Valentine’s Gifts category on our website at the time of purchase. Orders must contain at least one qualifying product to be eligible.

3. Complimentary Card Selection

The complimentary Valentine’s Day card included with eligible orders is randomly selected by our website system.
As a result:

  • Specific card designs cannot be selected or requested
  • Complimentary cards cannot be exchanged or substituted
  • Customisation is not available

The random selection forms part of the promotion and is intended as a surprise element.

4. Availability

Complimentary Valentine’s Day cards are available while stocks last. If cards are no longer available, the promotion may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

5. Returns & Refunds

If an order is returned for a refund, the complimentary Valentine’s Day card must also be returned in its original condition.
If the complimentary card is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct its reasonable value from the refund amount, as permitted by applicable consumer laws.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

6. Changes to the Promotion

We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws and without affecting orders already placed.
